One is learning how to release the stress of the day before falling asleep.  When we breath from the belly, we ignite the diaphragmatic breath.  This helps release stress and rid the mind of any unease.  If you wake up in the middle of the night, and have difficulty falling back to sleep, try the deep belly breathing.
  1. Meet Yourself. Don’t find yourself. Sonia Choquette tells us that our spirit wants to be curious, find vitality and have in general more wonder. We have become a culture that is addicted to looking outside, seeking and searching.  Many of us feel deep down we are broken.  Our spirit expresses itself through creativity, vitality and wonder.     Beautifully written post. Through the yoga teacher training program at Clayton Yoga I have met the most wonderful group of women.
