You are waiting for something. A small sign or a big yes, something elusive, some message… or simply for your inertia to lift….
Welcome to the Waiting Place! We all know this place too intimately. Here is how Dr. Seuss describes it:

The Waiting Place...
...for people just waiting.

How many times have you thought about finally taking care of yourself? Adding a bit of exercise to your day? Taking a gym class? Or practicing yoga? Eating more fruit and veggies?
Especially towards the end of December we think a lot about our achievements (or the lack of them). With just 3 weeks to go till the New Year, we invite you to have a close look at the wellness goals you set this January. Will you set the same resolutions in January 2014?
