Announcing Clayton Yoga Corporate Classes!

Would you like to de-stress at work, find more energy throughout the day, and feel ready to relax in the evening?

Michelle Maue, owner of Clayton Yoga launches her new website this week specializing in corporate yoga programs at  www.claytonyogaatwork.com

Since 2001, Michelle has taught corporate yoga classes to various wellness-minded corporations. Michelle Maue was featured in the St. Louis Business Weekly newspaper for creating a successful business yoga niche locally (http://www.bizjournals.com/stlouis/stories/2010/02/08/story13.html).  In addition to teaching corporate yoga classes, Michelle also trains and instructs students to become yoga teachers.  She began her teacher training school in 2004 and since then has trained over 260 yoga teachers around the world!

She began offering corporate yoga classes after one of her students in 2001 recommended that she bring yoga to her workplace at Wachovia.  In over a decade of teaching, Michelle has instructed over 2,000 on-site yoga classes and serviced over 800 yoga students.  She says her students find the convenience of having yoga at work most appreciated.
