If you wake up in the middle of the night, and have difficulty falling back to sleep, try the deep belly breathing.

    After only three classroom days, I was thrilled to hear Michelle say it would take about six years to become accomplished as a Yoga teacher. While we learn the basics, we must strive to always improve and gain knowledge in all areas. I foolishly thought I had to be a pro to do this training, it’s only the beginning.

  2. I love that the practice of yoga focuses on the whole Self:: mind, body, spirit… Everything truly is connected.

  3. #6 speaks to me the most in my current yoga teacher training. I have finally learned to look inside myself for the answers. I now know they are all there waiting to be discovered. Only half way through the course and I feel like I have learned so much. I can’t wait to see what the next two weekends bring!
