Welcome to our Specialty Yoga Workshop Announcements!

We are pleased to announce the new creation of our Specialty Yoga Workshop series here at Clayton Yoga.

In addition to our weekly everyday yoga classes and 200 Hour Yoga Alliance teacher trainings, Clayton Yoga brings you very timely specialty workshops designed to assist and support your further on your journey to greater empowered living, wellness and ease.

Each two hour specialty workshop includes handouts, group and one-on-one discussions, and a practice yoga session. Topics covered include but are not limited to: eliminating back pain, alleviating arthritis in the hips and knees, improving quality of sleep and lifestyle tips to creating greater joy, energy and vitality in your everyday life!

All of our workshops begin at 10am and finish at 12pm, the second Saturday of each month, and cost $50.  Click on the shopping cart to reserve your space.  Hurry, space is limited to 6 students only.
