Yoga Expert, Michelle Maue, Announces 15-Day Teacher Training Course June 1-15, 2012 in Grenada

Clayton, MO – April 2, 2012 – Michelle Maue, owner of the Clayton Yoga studio, has announced that she will be conducting the third LaLuna Yoga Teacher Training Course from June 1-15, 2012 in Grenada. This fabulous 200-hour training and certification program will be held at the elegant and sophisticated LaLuna Hotel and Spa in Grenada. Participation in this small, inclusive certification program includes online yoga tips, instruction and support from Michelle Maue from the first day of registration. An added special bonus for signing onto this yoga training is also a highly motivating 45-minute coaching call with certified yoga instructor and Yoga Business Mentor, Judit Mueller-Kiss.

Yoga provides the means to lower blood pressure, alleviate insomnia, boost energy levels and shed unwanted pounds. “A training course with Clayton Yoga’s Teacher Training Program will give you the courage and expertise in different modalities, including breath, anatomy, adjustments, sequences, Sanskrit and meditation,” said Maue.
