Our real power comes from being our true self. When we breath, we can come back to their moment and let our thoughts go! Our story or our past does not drive our boat, we do! More than technique or having a ton of knowledge, being truly inspired by something greater, moves the vibrational energy higher more quickly and helps us all to take those everyday small leaps of faith. Our style of yoga is the fastest growing style, called Vinyasa Yoga, because I believe it supports all levels, differences and abilities to find their own inner magnificence. We are all born with incredible potential, energy and spirit. Vinyasa Yoga is the style of yoga which combines breathing with movement and honors every individual to become empowered. Other yoga styles to me always felt very rigid and dogmatic. Like the secret was just one step away and you weren’t going to get it!
The central theme of yoga is to unite with this higher force and be the best version we can be. We all have a rich, inner landscape, a sacred heroic journey, and an upward staircase in which to walk. Therefore, how is it possible to be the judge of another student’s success or capability?

Being mindful of your breath is likely the most overlooked tool in stress management there is! The benefits of simply connecting to how you are breathing has such an impact on your ability to deal with challenges. If you find yourself in a stressful meeting at work or with family members, connecting to your breath is something you can do right there without anyone really even noticing and it is completely free….and it WORKS!
You make a very good point about how when we are happy we are most powerful. Yoga helps us reach this state of mind by acknowledging that power not only stems from the body, but the mind and spirit as well.
